Mommy and Daddy object to the Mass being called the "family" service, given that we left after an hour and fifteen minutes and it was still going on . . . and on . . . and on. W and R enjoyed the mass, treating it not so much like a religious service, but a rock concert, what with the clapping, cheering and swaying.
After church, we came home to eat Christmas Dinner - there's all sorts of tasty things rolled up in that puff pastry!!
The twins were excited because we kept telling them about Jesus and Santa and The Tree, while smiling and gesticulating wildly. It was a lot like Halloween -- they knew something was happening and that we were excited, but they weren't sure exactly what was expected of them. Before they went to bed, they left graham crackers out for Santa (as close as we had to cookies).
After they went to bed, Mommy and Daddy began to assemble toys and set up all the gifts around the tree.
Merry Christmas to All, and to All a Good Night!
