They've also become quite possessive of Mommy, Daddy and V. DIS MAH BAYBEE! they shout at every kid on the playground who dares to look at the baby. If the curious child isn't scared off by that declaration of ownership, they will be told to GO 'WAY! The girls are also highly protective of: wagon, car, and house none of which are actually all that nice. R, in particular, has to announce each morning in a rather aggressive way, DIS MAH HOUSE! We see R in a possible future career as an Underarmour spokesperson.
Another current fixation of the twins is BYE-MANS. That would be VITAMINS in Twinspeak. They ask for BYE-MANS at every meal. We are using naturally sweetened chewable children's vitamin which are (a) huge and (b) taste terrible. These are not the delicious Flintstones vitamins of Mommy and Daddy's 1970s childhoods. These are some hippy vitamins that we buy at the natural foods store. Seeing as how W and R are so fixated on the vitamins, we decided that perhaps we don't give them enough opportunities to eat actual, real, tasty treats so, to remedy this without sugar overload, we've been slipping them a chocolate covered pretzel from time to time. No dice. BYE-MANS are still in great demand.
